One of the main things I liked about this was that it had a background image changer facility, your users can change between four backgrounds that you allow them to choose from. i like the first template, but I am concerned that all sites will end up looking the same, Will i be able to easily change the colour scheme? What If I want to take the background but not the menu layout, is that easily changeable too?
Aashqi, if you are familiar with html and css you will be fine changing backgrounds etc. Most sites use templates anyway and I am yet to come across two sites that are using the same template
Don’t mind but all of these designs are outdated in terms of look and feel and aesthetics. Break-though in Islamic design is yet to be seen…
No I don’t mind at all, actually I appreciate your honesty and I agree with what you say. However there are some excellent designs out there maybe I’ll do a showcase of that someday. Do you do any designs? If so would you like to showcase it here?

I’ve had a simple rvsitebuilder site for a couple of years, and to be honest really disliked it. Not knowing anything about IT though I have only learnt about existence of joomla today and have decided to change over to it,

Wasalam Gohar, usually the themes do have an option to change the schemes from within the themes control panel, you will need to check before you install. Other than that you to change the colour etc can be a little complicated if you are not familiar with html, css etc.
